We're still in beta and figuring some things out together. The full legalese is coming. Here's the spirit of how we work in the meantime.

You're early
You're using software that is genuinely under construction. Things will occasionally break, get renamed, or change shape between releases. We try hard to not lose your data and to give you a heads-up before disruptive changes.
Fair use
Don't use CreatorWatch to scrape, monitor, or analyse accounts you don't have a legitimate business relationship with. Plan limits apply per the pricing page; abuse leads to a polite email, then a less polite one.
Payments
Beta workspaces get a 14-day trial. After that you pick a plan or your account pauses. We don't auto-charge a credit card. No long-term contracts, cancel anytime, prorate on upgrade.
Your data is yours
Export your workspace at any time. Cancel and we delete it 30 days later - earlier on written request. We don't hostage-trade access.
If something goes wrong
Tell us first, not Twitter - info@creatorwatch.ai. We will fix it or refund the affected period.
